將 plugins-install 預設清單擴充為 code、doc、persona、shared。
新增 jsc-shared 的 marketplace/token/repo 對照與 OpenCode skill 目錄清單。
允許此 skill 更新 jsc-shared 自己，並要求在目前執行助理中把 shared 放最後。
修正 persona 安裝 token 為實測可用的 jsc-persona@persona。
將三家 manifest 版本同步升為 0.0.4。

驗證

YAML frontmatter 可解析。
rg 確認舊的三項預設與 jsc-plugins token 無殘留。
三個 manifest 版本一致且皆為 0.0.4。
git diff --check 通過。

備註：quick_validate.py 會因既有 argument-hint frontmatter 欄位不在系統驗證器允許清單內失敗，本次保留該欄位以維持 JSC 既有介面。
