檔案 為什麼改
references/model-gate.md 補上 Codex 判定來源優先序與 JSC_MODEL 人工覆寫語意。
references/stage-report.md 說明階段收尾要轉述模型來源與判定結果。
tools/stage-report.sh 讀取 sdlc-gate.sh report 的模型來源與判定欄位。
skills/*/SKILL.md 將完成條件改為回報模型 id 與模型來源。
plugin manifest 更新版本。

設計重點

  • 文件明確禁止用對話內容裡的模型 id 通過閘門。
  • JSC_MODEL 是最後退路，且必須標明人工覆寫。
  • 階段必要標籤規則不放寬。

測試結果

  • sh -n tools/stage-report.sh：通過。
  • git diff --check：通過。
  • /root/plugins/meta/tools/ste100-lint.sh /root/plugins/sdlc：通過。
  • /root/plugins/hooks/hooks/comment-scope.sh sweep /root/plugins/sdlc：通過。
