  • 需求描述：ERROR 回報流程也改成先確認再寫 wiki，避免自動異常回報直接覆蓋內容。

tools/report-error.sh 把 ERROR 頁與目錄頁的寫入前確認寫進流程說明。

設計重點

  • ERROR_CONTENTS 也走和其他 wiki 頁一致的確認門檻。
  • 保持異常回報本身的自動化寫入能力，但把對外落地前的風險攔下來。

測試結果

  • 純說明變更，未另外跑程式測試。
  • 已確認文字與實際寫入門檻一致。
