在 clone 裡 tea 會依 remote URL 挑到第一個符合的 login（admin），改為明確取預設 login 並對所有 tea 呼叫加上 --login；start.sh 同步設定 worktree 的 git user.name / user.email；prompt 與 SKILL.md 一併更新；版本升至 0.0.6。
