變更內容

  • 將 plugin.json、.claude-plugin/plugin.json、.codex-plugin/plugin.json 同步升到 0.0.4。
  • 更新 notifications skill，讓缺少 REVIEW.md 時視為空白流程檔並改為詢問流程定義。
  • 同步調整 README.md 的 skill 說明。

驗證

  • 變更為文件與版本號更新，未另外執行測試。
