變更摘要

調整 doc-funcs skill：執行後會重建根目錄 README.md，並將內容拆成「功能列表」與「使用範例」。
更新 README 與 Claude marketplace 描述，對齊新的 README 重建行為。
將三個 plugin manifest 版本從 0.0.2 bump 到 0.0.3，並同步描述文字。
