JefferyandClaude Opus 4.8 1908eba681 攻擊方 diff 過濾 + 預設檔名更名 
- 攻擊方審查的 diff 在取得階段就排除 . 開頭資料夾內所有內容、
  以及排除事項檔與前次審查紀錄檔本身（git pathspec）
- 預設檔名更名：.codereview.md → exclusions.md、
  .codereview-known-issues.md → known-issues.md
- SKILL.md / paladin.md / archive-findings / README 同步更新

JefferyandClaude Opus 4.8 ef8721296b feat: add /jsc:archive-findings skill (persist code-review verdicts) 
Consumes an adjudicated code-review run (攻擊方問題表 + 防守方裁決表) and
persists results into the target project:
- ✅ 成立 -> known-issues file (--known-issues)
- ❌ 誤判 -> exclusions file (--exclusions)
- 🔁 已知問題 / 🚫 略過 -> skip (count only)
Both paths are required; missing/empty files are created from a bundled
template (skills/archive-findings/templates/). Does not run review or edit code.

JefferyandClaude Opus 4.8 5e1ac92c92 防守方新增「已知問題」流程與去重排序前處理 
- 新增已知問題比對：前次審查發現但未解決的問題標 🔁 略過、不重複裁決
- 載入前次審查紀錄檔（建議 .codereview-known-issues.md），新增 --known-issues 參數，
  比照排除事項規則（未指定就詢問、可不存在或為空）
- 裁決欄改為四態：🚫 略過 / 🔁 已知問題 / ❌ 誤判 / ✅ 成立
- 裁決前先把攻擊方 findings 去重（同位置同本質）並依嚴重等級排序
- 新增可選步驟：經同意後將本次成立問題寫入紀錄檔供下次比對
- SKILL.md / paladin.md / README 同步更新

  未取得使用者明確指定前不可自行假設或直接採用
- 新增 slash 參數 --exclusions <路徑> 明確指定排除事項檔案，
  帶此旗標即視為明確指定、不再詢問
- SKILL.md / paladin.md / README 範例同步更新

JefferyandClaude Opus 4.8 5a224932e2 marketplace 改名 jsc-plugins → code-review（保留 /jsc: 前綴） 
- 安裝 token 由 jsc@jsc-plugins 改為 jsc@code-review
- plugin 名維持 jsc，故 /jsc:code-review 呼叫不變
- 兩個 marketplace.json 的 name 改為 code-review
- 修正 .agents/plugins/marketplace.json 殘留的 template.git → code-review.git
- README 所有 marketplace 指令同步更新

- 攻擊方 4 角色（吟遊詩人/法師/盜賊/刺客）依風格/邏輯/效率/安全性面向找問題
- 防守方聖騎士依排除事項與原始碼脈絡裁決（略過/誤判/成立）
- 角色定義各自獨立於 roles/*.md（含英文名稱/專案/個性/徽章/代表色）
- git diff 來源/目標分支缺一不可
- 移除範例 hello skill，三個 manifest 版本設為 0.0.1，更新 README
