  • 新增根目錄 README.md，整理 Release Tag Version composite action 的用途、專案資訊與使用範例。
  • README 依目前專案型態標註此 repo 沒有可列入 README 的公開程式方法。
  • 使用範例示範在 Gitea workflow 中引用此 composite action 並傳入 files。
