feat(記憶與目標): 專案目標三條 + 固化候選不再重算（0.2.1）

追加一個修正（同一個未合併版號 0.2.1 底下）

b5c540f — 判斷過的短期記憶留痕跡，候選數字才會降。

這批原本只有文件，但查出一個真的 bug：睡眠有做固化，隔天開機照樣提醒「N 組已達固化條件」，…
