#1 — tea-sdlc：以 tea 驅動 SDLC 全流程的跨平台指令組

要做出什麼

把這個 repo 從 jsc-template 的複製品，變成一個名為 tea-sdlc、跑得起測試的空殼。

安裝者看到的名字、呼叫前綴、plugin 描述都是 tea-sdlc；範例用的 hello skill 不再出現在清單裡；後續六個流程指令要落腳的目錄（prompts/、scripts/、templates/、references/）已經存在。測試指令跑得起來，即使目前一個測試也沒有。

這是「先讓改動變容易」的前置工作：後面每一顆工作包都會往這些目錄裡加檔案，先把地基鋪平，後續就不必每次順手改 manifest。

驗收標準

四份 manifest（plugin.json、.claude-plugin/plugin.json、.codex-plugin/plugin.json、以及兩份 marketplace）的 name、description、homepage、repository 皆指向 tea-sdlc
skills/hello 已移除，AGENTS.md 與 README.md 不再提及它
prompts/、scripts/、templates/、references/ 四個目錄存在且已納入版控
以 Node 內建 node:test 為執行器的測試入口存在，零測試狀態下執行結果為綠
.gitignore 涵蓋測試產生的暫存目錄
