本批變更：README 章節命名統一、gen-plugin-files 順序檢查、persona 納入 AGENTS.md 產生範圍、刪除多餘 log.py、修正 plugins 安裝/移除指令的 marketplace 名稱漂移與去重、todo 清單完成追蹤規則。
