變更摘要

  • 將 plugins-install / plugins-uninstall 與 README / AGENTS 的 OpenCode 說明改寫為通則
  • 統一沒有 plugin 匯入指令、但可使用 skill 的工具處理方式
  • 說明先 clone 技能組，再依 README.md 匯入到指定位置
