chore(plugin 版本): 三家 manifest 改回 0.1.5

master 現行 0.1.4，本 PR 的兩批變更（繁簡防線、睡眠整理死鎖修復）屬同一次發佈。
依 spec-plugin-version：同一 PR 只需最終一個版本，不必依工作分支上的中間版本累加。
先前先 bump 0.1.5 再 bump 0.1.6，多跳了一版。
