chore: 版本號 0.0.8（PR #10 已併，這批是新的未合併批次）

PR #10（0.0.7）在 02:31Z 併進 master 了，master 現在是 0.0.7。剩下這兩個 commit（情緒四層、R6 容量壓力）因此是**新的一批未合併改動**，依規矩佔一個新版號 → 0.0.8，三份 manifest 一起改。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
