- What：把 `.claude-plugin/plugin.json`、`.codex-plugin/plugin.json`、`plugin.json` 的 `version` 由 0.1.3 改成 0.1.4。
- Why：本次新增技能行為清單，是對外可見的內容變更。版號不動，各 CLI 的版本守衛就認不出這份外掛已更新，使用者端不會拉到新內容。
- How：三份 manifest 只改 `version` 一個欄位，三邊同號。其餘欄位一字不動。
- Who：屬於技能行為清單功能，負責讓這次變更能被部署與版本檢查認得。
