fix(marketplace): 修正 marketplace.json 與正典註冊表不同步的欄位缺漏

為什麼：
`.claude-plugin/marketplace.json` 與 `.agents/plugins/marketplace.json` 兩份檔案內容與 `plugins/jsc` 正典 marketplace 註冊表不一致，導致各 domain repo 的 marketplace 副本無法保持逐位元組同步。

做了什麼：
補上 `.agents/plugins/marketplace.json` 缺漏的頂層 `description`、`owner` 物件的 `description`，以及全部 11 個外掛（含 jsc-hooks 本身）缺漏的 per-plugin `description` 欄位；同時修正 `.claude-plugin/marketplace.json` 中 jsc-meta 描述的標點不一致問題，將斜線改為中文頓號，與正典風格一致。

怎麼做：
逐欄位比對正典 `plugins/jsc/marketplace.json` 內容，補齊並修正兩份檔案至與正典完全一致。

影響範圍：
`.claude-plugin/marketplace.json`、`.agents/plugins/marketplace.json`，屬全 repo 範圍的基礎設施修正，不影響任何 skill 邏輯或執行行為。
