JefferyandClaude Opus 4.8 5a224932e2 marketplace 改名 jsc-plugins → code-review（保留 /jsc: 前綴） ...

- 安裝 token 由 jsc@jsc-plugins 改為 jsc@code-review
- plugin 名維持 jsc，故 /jsc:code-review 呼叫不變
- 兩個 marketplace.json 的 name 改為 code-review
- 修正 .agents/plugins/marketplace.json 殘留的 template.git → code-review.git
- README 所有 marketplace 指令同步更新
