chore(manifest): 版本升至 0.0.2
What：
plugin.json、.claude-plugin/plugin.json、.codex-plugin/plugin.json 的 version 由 0.0.1 升到 0.0.2。
Why：
問詢紀錄新增意圖欄屬於功能變更。
三份 manifest 必須同步升版，各 CLI 才會抓到新版技能。
How：
三個檔案的 version 欄位一併改為 0.0.2，其餘欄位不動。
Who：
透過 jsc marketplace 安裝或更新 jsc-ask 的所有 CLI 使用者；版本號變更讓各 CLI 偵測到更新。
